1. What is the Fowler Wellspot?

The Fowler Wellspot is a secure, self-service kiosk where you can pick up prescriptions filled by Ordway Pharmacy at a time and place that is convenient for you.

2. How do I use the Wellspot?

To use the Fowler Wellspot as your delivery destination, contact Ordway pharmacy and request delivery to the Fowler Wellspot. Once your prescription has been delivered, we will text you a unique, secure code. Simply visit your selected Wellspot Locker and enter the code on the Wellspot's touchscreen.  Follow the prompts and remove your prescription after the Wellspot's door opens. 

3. How much does using the Fowler Wellspot cost?

There is no additional cost to use the Fowler Wellspot Locker. 

4. How long do I have to pick up my prescription?

You have 3 calendar days to pick up your prescription. If you're not able to collect your prescription within this time-frame, it will be returned to the pharmacy.

5. What kind of items can be delivered to the Fowler Wellspot Locker?

Most items available from Ordway Pharmacy can be delivered to the Wellspot, but there are a few restrictions, like the item's size and weight. This includes prescriptions as well as over-the-counter medications and even gift items and greeting cards.  Contact Ordway Pharmacy for information regarding specific items.

6. Where is the Fowler Wellspot Locker located?

The Fowler Wellspot is located in Thaxton's Market at 214 Main Street in Fowler, CO. It is available any time during Thaxton's hours of Mon - Sat. 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Sun. 9:00 am - 6:00.

7. What if I have questions about my medication?  

The Fowler Wellspot is equipped with a phone and video monitor to allow you to face-time with the pharmacist at Ordway Pharmacy during normal pharmacy hours.

8. I had a problem with my Wellspot order. What should I do?
